Your Impact

  • As the Security Shift Lead, you will report directly to the Manager, Security & Incident Management
  • This is a 2nd shift role; Monday- Friday, 4pm- 12am
  • You will oversee a designated team of non-exempts to meet departmental, service, financial, productivity, and quality goals.
  • You will develop goals with direct reports and provide appropriate coaching on an ongoing basis.
  • You will become a functional expert in the operation supervised. This includes understanding how to operate all security systems, life safety/fire alarm systems and all software programs.
  • Resolve department and customer issues. Communicate issues/resolution to your staff.
  • Complete administrative tasks – ensure all PANs, and corrective actions are consistent and accurate. Process all paperwork and follow-up.

What You Bring

  • High School diploma /GED
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Demonstrate customer service, focus on security, responsiveness, verbal, and written communications.
  • Have a basic understanding of security principles to deliver the expected level of service to team members, guests, and vendors.
  • Process rapid problem resolution and escalation around a crisis or serious physical security incident or emergency situations.
