As a Management and Program Analyst you may:
- Serve as an analyst and/or advisor to a DASH-1 or DASH-2 executive at the DOE Program Office level with responsibility over multiple programs with program office-wide or Department-wide impacts.
- Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
- Consolidate data as necessary and reviews to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability. Provide advice and guidance for improvements and anticipates areas of concern.
- Provide technical and management guidance and advice on the most appropriate method or procedures of analysis and evaluation to accomplish the mission and ensure optimum management strategy.
- Formulate and identify the operational and analytical techniques for accomplishment of project objectives to produce reliable findings.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
