The Office of Enrollment Management comprises of five functional areas, including The University Registrar’s Office, The HUB, the Office of Admission, Student Financials and Enrollment Systems, and the Office of International Education. These functions work together to provide students, families and the campus community with student support and administrative services from the time of recruitment, to enrollment and all the way through graduation.

We are seeking an Assistant Registrar for Curriculum and Program Management to join our team! This position provides primary functional oversight for the curriculum, programs, degree progress, and undergraduate catalog within the University Registrar’s Office. The Assistant Registrar position is a key liaison between stakeholders within Enrollment Management, university partner offices and each academic college/school.

Note: This is a fixed term position expected to last through February 2027.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of academic programs and curricula.
  • Collaborate with faculty and academic departments to ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
  • Updates and publishes the University's Course Catalog annually; develops a comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum, programs and policies
  • Manage program degree requirements, degree pathways and audits, catalog updates, and program revisions.
  • Analyze and report on curriculum data to support academic planning and decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff regarding curriculum-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or administration, or equivalent of educational experience
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years related experience
  • Academic Administration, Program and/or Curriculum Management, Registrar processes and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in academic software and database management.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
