As a Semi Skilled Laborer, you will perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks in several trades under the supervision of the Facility Operations Supervisor. This will include performing all facets of general building maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and necessary building renovations. In this position, you will receive work orders and complete the assigned tasks with other staff members or by assisting skilled tradesmen. Your duties will include installing electrical circuits, lighting, phones, plumbing, and other fixtures. You can expect to prep and paint surfaces, install drywall and doors, and repair masonry work. Additionally, you will participate in snow removal, safely utilize equipment, and complete assigned preventative maintenance routinely.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel as needed

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Condition of Employment:- This position requires possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.
