About the Role:
As a Support Center Franchise Advisor (FA), you'll play a vital role in the success of our Franchised Business Owners (FBOs). You'll be their dedicated partner, providing initial and ongoing training, exceptional customer service support, and helping them grow their businesses. You'll act as a liaison between FBOs and their customers, ensuring everyone receives the best possible experience while training and coaching the FBOs to take on those tasks themselves and give them to tools to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Train and develop new and existing FBOs on the system, becoming a subject matter expert within your region.
- Build strong relationships with FBOs and their customers, identifying and resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction and brand integrity.
- Assist FBOs in selling additional commercial cleaning services like increased frequency, floor care, and more.
- Conduct initial walk throughs of new customer properties and assess their cleaning needs to best match them with an FBO.
- Sell janitorial equipment and supplies from our National Approved Vendor Program to FBOs based on their needs.
- Track and document customer service ratings, ensuring timely resolution of any problems.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and daily operations discussions.
Who You Are:
- A customer service champion with at least 2 years of experience.
- A natural trainer and communicator who can effectively explain complex information.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure.
- A team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A self-starter with a drive for results and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to travel within your region (driver's license and good physical condition required).
