SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is the Harrisburg based Medical Director responsible for aligning the direction and oversight of medical operations, clinical services and practice sites. Accountable for reviewing recruitment needs of physicians and APPs, and for interviewing and evaluating candidates. Other responsibilities include all aspects of management including, financial outcomes, budgeting, quality and safety, access and patient satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school required.
  • ACGME accredited residency training in area of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics required.
  • Board-certified in area of specialty required.
  • Eligibility for permanent, unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania required.
  • Previous administrative and management/leadership experience required.
  • BLS required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in field of practice required.
