The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager Fulfillment Center Operations, we are looking for an Operations Manager, responsible for inbound or outbound operations. You will maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, and the hiring and development of management and hourly teams. You will work to support the team Sun-Wed 6pm-6am.

Your Impact
- Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes
- Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates
- Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy
- Guide strategic planning and forecasting
- Develop teammates for career progression and learning
- Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse
- Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights to improve WMS effectiveness
What You Bring
- 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience.
- Experience developing and managing 50+ employees.
- At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
- Experience using Kaizens or process improvement
- B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent additional experience
