About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced execution consultant professional with a proven track record driving enterprise-wide application portfolio management related to data center and cloud migrations.


In this role, you will:

  • Support the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP) - Portfolio Management team in strategic planning and execution activities to achieve application migration and retirement velocity in support of data center exit and cloud migration timelines
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP), facilitate decision making and issue resolution
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the DISP Portfolio Management team to drive program execution across all CIO portfolios


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading significant change in a large, complex technology organization of over 20k employees
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud migrations and/or datacenter moves
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex problems, in writing and verbally, at the executive level
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective long-term solutions to complex problems
  • Proven ability to solve highly complex business problems / blockers across a matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a large matrixed organization
  • Experience in designing and executing governance programs of large-scale change initiatives
  • Highly organized, self-starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite
  • Cloud Certifications of Microsoft AZ-900 or Google Cloud Practitioner (GCP)


Job Expectations:

  • Expected to be in office three days a week
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • 100% remote work option is not available
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
