We need a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who can make sure we're the answer they find.
This is a high-impact role. You will own our digital presence — building an SEO-first strategy that drives organic discovery, generates qualified leads in our core markets (Florida, Texas, Ohio, and Michigan), and establishes OneSource HR Solutions as the go-to authority in our space.
What You'll Do
SEO & Organic Growth
- Research and target high-intent keywords in the HR services, payroll outsourcing, and benefits administration space
- Perform technical SEO audits and execute on-page/off-page strategies to drive first-page Google rankings
- Build local SEO presence targeting businesses in Florida, Texas, Ohio, and Michigan
- Pursue link-building with HR associations, industry publications, and trade directories
Content & Brand Authority
- Create SEO-optimized blog posts, service pages, and landing pages built around how our prospects actually search
- Develop lead magnets (compliance checklists, benefits guides, payroll calculators) that capture and convert traffic
- Position OneSource as a trusted voice on payroll compliance, ACA, benefits enrollment, and HR outsourcing
Paid Search & Social
- Manage Google Ads campaigns targeting businesses actively searching for our services
- Run LinkedIn campaigns aimed at HR directors, business owners, and CFOs in our target markets
- Retarget website visitors and continuously optimize for cost-per-lead
Analytics & Reporting
- Own Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager — track rankings, traffic, and lead conversion
- Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to take market share in search results
What You Bring
Required
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a clear focus on SEO strategy and execution
- Proven results improving organic rankings and driving measurable traffic growth
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz; Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads
- B2B content writing skills — you can write for HR managers, business owners, and CFOs
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to turn data into strategy
Preferred
- Experience marketing HR services, payroll, PEO, benefits administration, or professional services
- Familiarity with industry terms: PEO, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HRIS, HCM, EOR, benefits enrollment
- Google Ads certification; HubSpot or CRM experience a plus
