Position: First (1st) Shift Building Maintenance
- Shift: Monday- Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $22.00 per hour (plus additional $2.25 per hour for freezer/cooler) for a total of $24.25 per hour
***This position is in a COOLER and FREEZER (sub-zero) work environment. The work shift will be up to 75% time spent in a Cooler environment of 35 degrees Fahrenheit and 25% time spent in a SUB-ZERO -10-degree Fahrenheit work environment. Cold/Freezer gear will be provided.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills: Supply Chain, Wave Planner, Scheduler, Auditing, Product Compliance, Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, Coordinator, Lead, Transportation Clerk, Dispatch
A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:
- Skills and experience performing building, equipment and facility repair and installation maintenance duties within a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Able to use mechanical and hand tools.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain HVAC system.
- Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
- Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
- Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
- Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
- Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
- Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
- Answer security/alarm calls as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
