In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner, fostering collaboration and driving consensus to achieve strategic goals, while championing SERS as an employer of choice through effective communication to both current and prospective employees. You will lead a full-functioning human resource program by overseeing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies, initiatives, and operations and by providing expert guidance on best practices across all human resource functional areas.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. 
  • A work schedule beginning and ending between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, inclusive, with a half-hour or one-hour unpaid meal period will be considered, depending on operational requirements. The requested work schedule may not end prior to 4:00 PM.
  • Telework eligibility: You may have the opportunity to work from home part-time (hybrid telework schedule), depending on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you must work onsite at the work location specified in this job posting.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as a Human Resource Analyst 4 (commonwealth title); or 
  • One year as a Field Human Resource Officer 3 (commonwealth title); or 
  • Five years of professional analytical experience including three years of professional human resource experience, and a bachelor's degree; or 
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
