You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-13 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Analyzing and evaluating a wide range of service-wide program requirements, objectives, operating methods, and regulatory guidelines to determine effectiveness of assigned programs; Experience analyzing data for programs of strategic importance and developing new approaches and/or improving existing techniques for program delivery; Experience independently assessing the effectiveness of programs and policies to administer programs and improve existing business processes; Experience developing conclusions and recommendations based on analysis, participating in various workgroups, and conducting final presentations to all levels in the organization; Experience using oral and written communications to write and present professional materials for a service-wide audience (i.e., information letters and briefings to publicize a program at all Internal Revenue Service levels).
