Diagnose, repair and maintain all types of earthmoving equipment and on-highway trucks.


  1. Maintain, diagnose, and repair all types of earthmoving equipment and on-highway trucks;
  2. Order equipment repair parts utilizing a formal purchase order system;
  3. Complete service work as required;
  4. Prepare and complete service documentation;
  5. Utilize laptop computer and software programs for information and diagnostic purposes;
  6. Work in a safe manner and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Educational and experience requirements include: At least five (5) years experience as an equipment mechanic. Must be willing to join a union (Trumbull Corporation is a union contractor). The ability to be a self-starter and work independently on a regular basis. Be willing to work overtime and varying shifts. Must be computer-literate. Must be a hands-on team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work in any kind of weather conditions.
