Under the direction and technical guidance of the Data Entry Examining Supervisor, the employee is responsible for examining and entering data into our computer system vehicle title, and/or registration applications using a personal computer. The process requires that the employee verify the correctness of name and address, WID number, insurance, plate and tag information, signatures, liens, notarization, tax liability, authenticity of documents, and other elements that ensure accuracy. The operator must determine that the required information fees and documents have been properly attached with the correct forms.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
- Work hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $37,660.00 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
