About the Position:
This is a Management Analyst, GS-0343-12 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, located in the Resource Management Office, located in Philadelphia, PA. This is temporary position not to exceed 6 months. As advisor to the Chief, Resource Management Office on the integration, analysis and evaluation of the management and manpower programs. Provides advice to District management and administrative staff.

Specialized Experience GS-12:
One year of specialized experience which includes 1) maintaining an organization's manning authorization document such as Table of Distribution Allowances (TDA); 2) performing manpower management tasks for an organization; 3) conducting manpower studies that will inform resources and organizational structure; and 4) applying manpower policy and guidance.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Salary
97,653.00 - 126,955.00 Annual
