Description This position will be filled using the Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in Department of Defense (DoD).

About the Position: Incumbent will serve as a Program Manager in the Directorate of Installation Services, Emergency Management Division.Who May Apply: US Citizens

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify, you must have one year of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service which includes:
1) Providing overall planning, programming, and execution of security, and/or fire prevention and protection programs; 2) Formulating policy and making decisions on policy matters that commit the organization, and provide guidance and leadership over assigned activities; and 3) Performing work within broad guidelines of existing regulations and policies.
