Management Analyst 2

As a Management Analyst 2, you will review requests for reduction in financial liability for clients residing at state-owned mental health facilities. After assessing clients' financial information and clinical considerations, you will approve or deny these requests for reduced liability. You can also expect to research Medicare-related issues and discrepancies. In this position, you will assist facility staff with preparation of Medicare and Medical Assistance enrollments, as well as provide direction and support to field office staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating facility reimbursement operations manuals.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, after a training period during which you will be required to work in office three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1; or
• Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
