Our Fiberglass Pultrusion Plant is dedicated to delivering superior products through advanced manufacturing techniques and a skilled workforce. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Powder Coat Finishing Operator to join our team at the Fiberglass Pultrusion Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coating to our fiberglass products, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our stringent standards.
Hourly compensation range is $22.00 to $25.00, depending on experience. Plus, $2.00 shift differential for working the swing shift. Monday through Friday starting at 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes to fiberglass window and door components.
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or other pre-treatment processes.
- Monitor the coating process to ensure uniform application and adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing process is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to coating operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
