This Finance internship offers a comprehensive experience in data-driven decision making and operational support. Interns will analyze and present financial data through reports and dashboards, contribute to key financial processes like P&L reviews and inventory management, and gain valuable experience through team collaboration and professional development opportunities.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
- Provide support aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data.*
- Develop templates, enhance report formats, and update slides / dashboards.*
- Analyze large volumes of data using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.*
- Provide meaningful recommendations on operational results through summary reports and trend analysis.*
- Perform special projects involving data gathering, analysis, and visualization.*
- Assist with Profit and Loss (P&L) reviews, creation of monthly financial packets, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Execute data clean-up, product definition verification, and recipe conversion projects for real-time menu costing.
- Assist in inventory management through cycle counts and risk-based transactional activity reviews.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operational partners as a team player. Meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
- Engage in opportunities for cross-functional training and shadowing to understand various finance roles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

At the time of internship, must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled in undergraduate education and majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be detail-oriented with proven organizational skills.

Must be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn computer-based applications.

This opportunity is available for the 2025 Summer season, beginning May through mid-August.
Interns will be invited to attend networking and speaker events.

Must be able to work in an office environment and on a computer for long periods at a time.

Students must be open to flexible scheduling.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week throughout the internship.
