The Opportunity

  • As a Facilities Manager, you’ll oversee the maintenance and performance of building systems, equipment, and grounds. You will be your chance to shape facility operations, and support a high-performing team.
  • Lead critical facility operations, ensuring performance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Improve efficiency by managing budgets, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
  • Develop a skilled maintenance team, promoting technical and professional growth.
  • Champion safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to OSHA, NFPA, and environmental regulations.
  • Onsite at HSN in Piney Flats, TN

  • The Facilities Operations Manager reports to the Regional Facilities Manager / Director of US CREWS Fulfillment and leads a team of maintenance professionals, external contractors, and safety partners.

Your Impact

  • Lead facility maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and infrastructure run at their best.
  • Manage budgets and capital spending, optimizing resources for long-term efficiency.
  • Develop and track goals to measure operational success.
  • Partner with procurement to negotiate contracts for facility services and equipment maintenance.
  • Guide compliance, ensuring facility adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience focused on team development and operational leadership.
  • Facility & Equipment Expertise: knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and construction systems in high-volume facilities.
  • Experience with EAM/CMMS programs.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and preventive maintenance systems.
