About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Senior Coordinator Digital/Customer Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to assist in developing campaign audiences using SAS Campaign Management tools, work collaboratively with internal teams, and support project management tasks. This hybrid position requires in-office attendance in Westchester, PA for two days every other week. What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Audience Assistance: Manage and construct marketing campaigns using SAS Campaign Management while becoming adept with marketing automation and optimization tools to develop basic workflows and targeted audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including email, paid social, loyalty, and card marketing, to gather requirements and execute effective campaigns.
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Project Support: Oversee internal projects and recurring practices to ensure project delivery aligns with objectives. Assist in list growth initiatives for Email, SMS, etc.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze audience data to identify trends and opportunities for more targeted marketing efforts and improvements in campaign performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in a digital/customer marketing role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to create campaign audiences
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms like Unica, SAS, Salesforce, and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret audience data and identify trends that inform data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performances.
  • The ability to effectively utilize marketing automation platforms such as SAS, Salesforce, and HubSpot is essential to developing campaign workflows and enhancing audience targeting.
  • Understanding of SQL for database querying and list filtering. Coursework or training in SQL to assist with team needs is preferred.
  • Strong willingness to learn and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and learn to transform requests into actionable plans.
