ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ??
LOOKING FOR MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8am-5pm Employment
??

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter orders, manage or escalate any concerns

• Resolve any billing issues

• Support sales and business development to support the customer’s needs

• Primary point of contact for customers

• Update customer records

• Track shipment status of customer orders

• Other duties as assigned

*Prior customer Service Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic understanding of business math principles for job estimation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Effectively communicate on the telephone while entering data on computer

• Computer literacy on company supported programs

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Epicor Kinetic experience preferred
