The group includes Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards & Merchant Services, Personal Lending & Retail, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Shared Services.
The Position
This new leader will be a direct report to the Head of Card and Merchant Services Executive and will manage a team that will build and launch several new capabilities and offerings for consumer and business customers through the following:
- Transform and re-platform the Rewards platform including the scoring engine
- Build and launch affluent travel/concierge service
- Build out merchant offerings for Consumer Lending customers to drive loyalty and sales growth
- Own and manage rewards redemption options through associated vendors/partners.
- Build new partnerships through prior experience and knowledge for rewards redemption and rewards earn
- Explore through reliance on past knowledge/experience “commerce marketplace” opportunities past travel including Wells Fargo earning commission (booking entertainment events/venue, shopping, dining)
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Leading strategy, partnering with heads of enterprise business lines/programs, and advancing loyalty programs (current and newly created)
- Interactions with internal/external partners to support loyalty vision- includes analysis, understanding market trends, and working with marketing executives
- Leading Loyalty Operations, Monitoring, Travel Portal Strategy, Agile product teams that include loyalty solutions, Loyalty platforms and My Wells Fargo Deals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
