This position liaises with customers, sales representatives and operations to ensure customer expectations are met, ensure company directives are achieved and increase customer utilization of Jillamy product lines and verticals. This position will be responsible for the management of two warehouses in Ventura and Riverside, California.
Essential Duties
· Lead and inspire teams across multiple locations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to drive regional success.
· Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining consistency and adherence to company policies across all locations.
· Monitor and assess the performance of each location, implementing measures to achieve and exceed targets.
· Communicate organizational objectives and changes effectively to both upper management and local teams.
· Analyze and address operational challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions.
· Manage regional budgets, making informed decisions to meet revenue and cost targets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
· Other duties and projects as assigned.

Supervisory/ Management Requirements
Directly or indirectly supervises employees, temporary or contractor workers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
· 5 years of experience working in a business capacity preferred.
· Experience providing support to drive business strategy preferred.
· Experience with process implementation and improvement preferred.
· Experience in managing operations of a high-growth sales business
· Experience translating business insights into actionable recommendations
· Experience working with sales leaders
· Experience with standard Microsoft Office and related technology.
· Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
· Must be able to work flexible hours across all shifts, weekends, etc based upon business operational demands and may be required to operate across various locations.
