The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards and Global Mobility, you manage the development of a comprehensive Benefits strategy for all US Brands within the QRG familiy. You will advance the corporate business strategies and goals, while enhancing our ability to attract and retain competitive talent. Manage the strategy, development of all US Health and Wellness plans, and Ancillary programs (i.e. point solutions and other employee benefits programs). maximizing our annual benefits spend inclusive of looking at cost-effective strategies to deliver best combination of team member experience and economic value to Qurate Retail Group. You will also indirectly oversee a our Team Member Services organization, by building a strategy for optimizing TMS support of the US Benefits team.

  • The position is hybrid-remote and can be performed in any qualified location.

Your Impact

  • Be the subject matter expert for QRG, with a pulse on US Benefit and healthcare industry trends, and a forward-thinking vision for the benefits strategy
  • Analyze cost and operational impact of benefit plan design changes.
  • Support important People initiatives, such as People Systems and Technology implementations and enhancements, that impact benefits operations platform and processes. 
  • Ensure the benefits plan design supports a creative, market competitive and relevant Total Rewards Strategy.
  • Design plans to increase and reward employee performance.  
  • Work with senior management to ensure that benefit programs and communications are aligned with corporate strategies, QVC’s Talent Management Agenda and our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Partner with People function team members, and US Clients on annual program design.  
  • Contribute to important People initiatives, such as People Systems and Technology implementations and enhancements, that impact benefits operations platform and processes. 

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of pregressive experience in Total Rewards.
  • 10+ years’ experience developing policies, procedures and guidelines that comply within the statutory framework in partnership with Legal and Human Resources. 
  • 8+ years experience partnering with important external business consultants and service providers to achieve the best products and services, while balancing cost and budgets. 
  • 10+ years forecasting trends brought about through the external economic environment, market practices and changes in regulation.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ERISA, ADA and FLSA
  • Must have skills in strategy, organizational capability, change management, business partnering and employee communications
  • Work and consult with HR business partners, executives and financial staff.
