The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Manager, People & Organization, you will provide a variety of administrative responsibilities for the People function at the site and corporate level. You will work directly with the local People & Organization, Team Member Relations and Talent Planning & Acquisition (TP&A) teams to facilitate successful execution of People initiatives and events. Coordination and implementation of all team member experience events (i.e. wellness and benefits events, Open Enrollment, Orientation.)
- This position is onsite at out Suffolk, VA fulfillment center.

Your Impact
- Oversight of all aspects of People event planning to production.
- Provide guidance on QVC Group benefits and policies.
- Coordinate QVC Group/department Required Training.
- Provide some payroll coordination.
- Support some department projects through understanding of People function's goals.
- Support some pre-employment testing.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources studies or equivalent in hands on experience
- 2+ years experience supporting a Human Resources team.
- 2+ years experience providing Human Resources administrative support.
- 2+ years experience coordinating corporate events.
- 2+ years experience providing guidance on corporate policies.
