The Opportunity
Supporting the exciting world of our streaming business, the Streaming Testing Partner reports directly to the Director of Portfolio and Experimentation. As an important contributor to our growth and progress, you'll be responsible for A/B testing and experimentation efforts, working with diverse teams to improve the customer journey and improve our product processes.
Your Impact
Playing an important role in our move toward seamless and engaging experiences, you'll be an important part of our data-driven culture by helping us test the incremental benefits of creative strategies across Streaming, Commercial, Programming, and Marketing. Your analytical experience will enhance our decision-making and ensure our content delights our audience.
What you will do
- Help design and conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve business strategies across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with senior team members to analyze test data, providing insights and developing reports that inform decisions.
- Work with teams to ensure accurate test set-up, tracking, and integration with marketing and business strategies.
- Use testing tools and platforms to support the implementation and management of experiments, ensuring reliable data collection and analysis.
- Present findings to team members and partners, supporting the development of relevant recommendations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- Experience using tools such as Excel or Google Analytics, alongside familiarity with testing platforms and technical implementation basics.
- Experience with Launch Darkly, Monetate or Adobe Target
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate insights to all kinds of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
