The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting workplace diversity.This position in the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Office, supports the program's mission of increasing the quality of patient care by giving prescribers and dispensers access to a patient's controlled substance prescription medication history, which will alert medical professionals to potential dangers for purposes of making treatment determinations; and aiding regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the detection and prevention of fraud, drug abuse and the criminal diversion of controlled substances.
This position provides customer service and technical assistance to the users of the Prescription Drug Monitoring System as well as addresses issues or complaints from the general public.
