Accessibility is a key part of Wells Fargo’s mission to empower all people and organizations to achieve more. Our internal assistive technology team partners with multiple lines of business across the enterprise to make that vision a reality for people with different abilities. As part of this focus, we are looking for a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant with a strong background and knowledge of assistive technologies and accessibility to support and manage assistive technology solutions used by employees with accommodations need.


In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
  • Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
  • Present recommendations for resolving business problems
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems related to assistive technology
  • Collaborate and consult with HR Accommodations and other technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to identify technological solution
  • Support product management, procurement, packaging, and deployment of assistive technology software
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating between 3rd party vendors and internal technology teams
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise software procurement and deployment


Desired Qualifications:

  • The preferred candidate will have experience with assistive technologies such as: JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking, CapTel, Braille display, and various other assistive technology hardware/software.
  • Knowledge and understanding of assistive technology and workplace accommodations
  • 1+ years' experience in Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
  • 1+ years' experience using Jira - Kanban and/or Scrum
  • 6+ months experience of case management experience in ServiceNow

Job Expectations:

  • Must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH
  • Partner with business teams in Human Resources Accommodations to create technical solutions
  • Work effectively with technology partners and vendors in delivery of services
  • Provide production support for assistive technology software and hardware solutions
