The Opportunity

The Studio Product Coordinators primary purpose of the role is to support our business partners with studio images needed to support the business to achieve goals while maintaining efficient operations. It is the Content Production Studio’s responsibility to produce studio images of QVC product for the business use of all Commerce Platform employees.

Your Impact

  • Understands, processes and delegates customer requests. Tools used vary based on client groups assigned. May include Airtable, Media pulse, Excel, Outlook.
  • Responsible for monitoring the adequacy of incoming product, creating requests, and confirming the proper labeling of products.
  • Assists with the organization of product and moving product to the appropriate photography studio sets
  • Acts in internal advocate for clients within the Photography Studio Department
  • Acts as the Photography Studio’s liaison between the Photographers/Stylists & Product Central.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma, vocational degree or associate degree
  • One year experience or more
  • Demonstrates time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow processes
  • Demonstrates full competency in all aspects of all platforms. Including Airtable, Media pulse, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability and confidence to present opinions and thoughts in a clear, unbiased manner
  • Capability to access and understand information using automated systems and workflow tools.
  • Ability to lift and move 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
