In this position, you will access the Enterprise Content Services (ECS) platform to identify and rectify any discrepancies related to documents and checks. Your responsibilities will include analyzing each image and reviewing any exceptions to determine the appropriate actions needed to resolve the issues. This may involve completing the necessary corrections, printing documents for rescanning, or forwarding items to your supervisor for further evaluation, particularly when a correct wid number is required. If a physical document or check is needed to assist in resolving a discrepancy, you will print it accordingly. Any discrepancies that necessitate a system review will be escalated to the supervisor for their attention. To finalize an exception, you will input the wid number shown in the preview window and make the required adjustments to the displayed images. Once corrections are made, you will submit the updated image back into the Legacy Retrieval system. Should an image require supervisor review, it must be sent to the supervisor queue along with any relevant comments. In cases where a document needs to be re-imaged, you will print the necessary physical documents, generate a new bud sheet, and transport the work to the designated area for rescanning, prioritizing the oldest dates to ensure timely processing.
