Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Reading, PA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial solar (PV) systems
- Mount, wire, and connect solar panels, inverters, and combiner boxes
- Run and bend conduit for DC and AC systems
- Perform wire management and terminations for solar arrays
- Install and connect transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels
- Tie-in solar systems to existing electrical infrastructure
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Follow all job site safety protocols and quality standards
