The Opportunity

As a Retail Store Associate for Frazer, PA location, you will perform many responsibilities while providing a high standard of customer service, cashier, stock room and merchandising responsibilities through inventory processing while promoting our HSN brands to all who visit our outlet stores. We have full and part-time openings available, and you must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will report to the Retail Store Team Manager. Your Impact

  • You will attend to customer needs promptly to build a high degree of customer loyalty, repeat business, and resolve customer issues at first contact.
  • Promote sales by merchandising and product knowledge.
  • Maintain the sales floor, report and record any damaged goods, and inform staff of any security issues.
  • Maintain all sales, refunds, and voids documentation and be responsible for any discrepancies.
  • You will receive deliveries, verify correct documentation and prices, and ready products for the sales floor.
  • You will ensure the product from the stock room is brought onto the sales floor and ensure they display the correct information and are displayed in the correct area.
  • Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and appearance to promote a good image to the customer.

What You Bring

  • Pay: $14.00 per hour.
  • Ability to lift push and/or pull items (i.e., boxes, merchandise, inventory, etc.) weighing up to 40 lbs. or with assistance for over 40 lbs.
  • Weekday and weekend availability.
  • High level of customer service standards and safety in the workplace.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
