The Trevi 5 Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of food and beverage operations during lunch and dinner in a 4 star dining environment.

Interview, hire, schedule, train, and motivate staff. Ensure that all pre and post service line ups are executed daily.*

Anticipate and ensure all supplies and materials are available for each staff member to effectively perform their job function. Set goals and assist in goal setting of direct reports.*

Forecast revenue and expenses. Monitor and control labor and supply costs in order to optimize profit and adhere to budgets.*

Provide hands-on leadership on the floor and respond to customer concerns. Monitor service, guest satisfaction, and the correct flow of service in the restaurant.*

Complete payroll information and monitor labor reports.*

Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness in order to maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards.*

Oversee Trevi 5 wine program and cocktail program, including making recommendations to the Beverage Manager of wines for the Trevi 5 wine list.*

Communicate regularly with the Director of Restaurants and Culinary partners to proactively manage and improve service standards, marketing strategies, guest comments/concerns, and menus.*
