    The Opportunity

    As the Senior Manager of Executive Search, you will help shape our talent acquisition strategies for executive roles across our global brands, including Qurate Retail Group, QVC, HSN, QVC International, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, and Grandin Road. Reporting to the VP of Talent Management, this role is important in driving our enterprise executive recruiting team. This role is hybrid.

    Your Impact

    • Develop and implement a strategic vision for executive recruitment, aligning with our overall goals.
    • Ensure a high-quality experience for all partners in the executive recruitment process.
    • Lead and develop a team of Executive Sourcers/Recruiters and Candidate Experience Specialist.
    • Build relationships with internal clients, understanding their executive hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Oversee the entire executive recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the placement of top-tier executive talent.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments, using this knowledge to provide strategic insights and identify emerging talent pools.
    • Monitor goals for the executive recruitment team.
    • Maintain a focus on candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
    • Generate and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

    Team Leadership and Development

    • Lead and develop the executive recruitment team.
    • Manage Executive Sourcers/Recruiters.

    Stakeholder Relationship Management

    • Build relationships with internal clients and partners.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

    Recruitment Process Oversight

    • Oversee the entire executive recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Ensure the successful placement of top-tier executive talent

    Critical Skills

    • Strategic planning and visioning for talent acquisition aligned with our goals.
    • Leadership and team management, including staff development .
    • In-depth understanding of the retail and media industries.

    • Expertise in multiple aspects of talent acquisition, including executive search.

    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment technologies.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in executive recruitment.
    • Strong knowledge of the retail and media industries with a broad executive network.
    • Experience advising executive leaders.
    • Experience evaluating candidates for cultural fit and agreement on our values and goals.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and data analytics tools.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Discretion in handling confidential information.
