JOB SUMMARY:
Post University seeks a part-time, stipend Graduate Assistant in Strength & Conditioning to join its expanding athletic staff. This position will assist in developing and implementing successful year-round sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Design, implementation, and supervision of all strength, speed, agility and conditioning programs for assigned teams.
- Upkeep of the weight room facility
- Adherence to all rules and regulations of the University, conference affiliations, and the NCAA.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Appropriate NCAA certification is preferred (CSCS or SCCC) but is not required.
- Strong background in weight room organization and management.
- Knowledge of nutrition preferred.
- Must be accepted into any graduate-level program at Post University.
