Our Mid-Atlantic Regional office is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant with the personality, professionalism and skills to be the positive first impression of the organization for clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

What the Role Involves:
- You will provide administrative support (clerical/secretarial) services and engage with multiple disciplines (e.g. Marketing/Business Development, Estimating, Accounting and Construction Operations).
- You will answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls.
- You will organize, process and follow up on a variety of documents for construction projects, working on multiple tasks and shifting priorities while managing deadlines.
- You will act as liaison with other departments, external contacts, clients, etc. to arrange meetings, clarify and resolve problems, coordinate work, maintain working relationship and public relations, etc.
- You will prepare special reports, studies, statistical analysis, brochures, etc.
- You will collect and review certified payroll from subcontractors for federal projects.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4 year business or technical degree plus
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience or equivalent combinations training and related experience.
- Working knowledge of general office procedures plus ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts required.
- Proficient research, supervisory and communicative skills essential.
