This position is located in the Directorate of Industrial Operations, Ground Equipment & Missile Systems Division, Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg PA.

However, you must be able to demonstrate, through experience shown in your written application materials that you possess the sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work of this position without more than normal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Electronics Mechanic without more than normal supervision. Have the ability to perform common duties in the operating of automated electronic testing equipment; identifying malfunctions in an automated testing system; repairing electronic components; AND using various testing tools such as digital multimeters, voltmeters or reflectometers. Work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey- level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

PHYSICAL EFFORT
Work requires constant standing and bending on hard surfaces and working with small components which requires close attention and good eye-hand coordination. May lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work area is well lighted, heated and ventilated. There is a possibility of cuts, bruises, scrapes and burns. There is significant hazard of electrical shock.
Salary
29.25 - 34.06 Hour
