The Recruitment Coordinator will work across a variety of functions including opportunity posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, spreadsheet maintenance, resume review, and related recruitment team project work. This role plays an integral role in providing an exceptional candidate experience, supporting the recruitment team, and reviewing and creating all high-volume opportunity requests.

Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):

  • Review and post all high-volume job opportunity requests for recruitment team supporting the , Resorts, and Spas and ensure accuracy/consistency.*

  • Assess candidate qualifications, work history, and experience via Applicant Tracking System and route qualified internal/external candidates in the application process.*

  • Support Recruitment team with the disposition of declined candidates into other high priority opportunities.*

  • Assist recruiting team with external job board postings, candidate review, interview screening, and scheduling calls.*

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team providing requisition updates, manual reporting, and pipelining/tagging candidate pools for future opportunities.*

  • Provide admin support to high-volume, college relations, and professional recruitment teams. Assist team with calendar of events, inventory, and event registration.*

  • Participate and attend company scheduled hiring events, local career/job fairs, and support highschool/college related events.*

  • Maintain and order team business cards, inventory, promotional giveaway items, and recruitment supplies.*

  • Oversee the administration and logistics of the recruitment vehicle, fleet card, maintenance, and EZ Pass usage.*

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

  • Industry Experience - Human Resources, Hospitality/Tourism, Other

  • Industry Experience - Other

  • Must have a valid Driver's License

  • Completion of high school or GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.

  • Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience working with various social media tools to drive messaging and branding to candidates
