Description You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Inventory Control and Commodity Management Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.Your resume must demonstrate: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of Hazardous Material Control and Management, and Hazardous Material Reutilization to identify requirements, apply conflicting and incomplete guidance to resolve specific problems in the work environment. I have experience developing and implementing a wide range of supply and environmental initiatives that meet local and Federal law. I also have experience providing training to help users understand the role of automated supply systems to the overall process. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Manage supply procedures including the regulations, directives, and polices at the Federal, state, local, and Regional level to identify requirements, apply guidance, and resolve specific problems in the work environment; 2) Defend and explain program concepts to include procurement, inventory consolidation and management, receipt, storage, and issuing of Hazardous Material (HM) during regulatory and oversight visits; 3) Develop and implement a warehousing system involving both "A" condition (ready to use) and "Reuse" Hazardous Material items to ease and simplify the implementation of the Hazardous Material (HM) program; and 4) Conducts training on the following Navy ERP functional areas: Warehouse Operations and Supervision, Material Movement Operations and Supervision, HMC Supply Tech, HMC Management Analysis Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Physical Inventory Operations and Supervision, and other related courses as applicable.
