Description <p><strong>Description:   </strong></p> <p>We are seeking a driven, strategic Senior Digital Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our digital revenue growth. If you are an expert in digital marketing, excel in high-performance environments, and have a proven record of turning digital strategy into business results, we want to meet you. You will lead a skilled team, deliver data-driven marketing solutions to clients, and work daily with industry-leading tools: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, OTT platforms and owned &amp; operated exclusive products.  This role demands a proactive, results-focused leader with the ability to shape strategy, drive execution, and develop strong, consultative client relationships.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:   </strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc"> <li>5+ years of leadership experience in digital sales management with direct team oversight.</li> <li>Deep understanding of major digital advertising platforms, including search, social media, video, programmatic, and streaming media solutions.</li> <li>Strong grasp of performance metrics with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into impactful strategies.</li> <li>Proven success in building and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Digital certifications are strongly preferred.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc"> <li>Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing digital sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.</li> <li>Create strategic client solutions utilizing a full suite of platforms.</li> <li>Implement multi-channel campaigns across programmatic displays, social media, OTT/CTV, search, influencer marketing, streaming audio, and proprietary products.</li> <li>Drive new business development through proactive outreach, solution-based selling, and thought leadership.</li> <li>Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure sales team members have a deep understanding of digital products, emerging trends, and client-centric solutions.</li> <li>Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and CPM to maximize results for clients.</li> <li>Maintain a forward-looking approach to innovation, audience segmentation strategies, and next generation targeting methods.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with content, and operations teams to ensure seamless client execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary with uncapped potential.</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, &amp; vision.</li> <li>A collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and results.</li> </ul> <p>Take the next step in your digital leadership journey with us.</p> <p>Please submit resume and cover letter to digitalmanager@bbgi.com</p> <p><strong>                    Beasley Media Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p>
