About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Consumer Lending Shared Services Business Management Team to support the Redress and Accommodations programs. This Senior Lead Business Exec Consultant will be responsible for leading and coordinating Redress efforts within enterprise standards, and a managing a program overseeing how redress is provided to customers across Consumer Lending, aligned with the company. Redress refers to payments or other adjustments made by Wells Fargo to care for our customers after a non-systemic instance of customer impact. Redress can be thought of as a similar program to Remediation (which cares for systemic instances of customer impact). Redress is a critical part of how we do right by our customers and provide consistent and fair resolutions to instances of negative customer impact. This role will also execute on disaster recovery Accommodations-based activities.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure successful execution of on-going performance metrics, effective change management readiness, and implementation for all change associated with customer redress and disaster recovery accommodations for the CL line of business
- Working with assigned business units and providing customer redress and accommodations expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives
- Alignment of enterprise standards including business group quality assurance, root cause analysis and procedures
- Managing relationships and foster a team environment
- Ensuring that all business issues are proactively identified and addressed appropriately, escalating where necessary
- Serve as a liaison and thought partner for the Enterprise Redress Office, Accommodations functions, and business teams who have responsibilities under the Redress Policy in relation to insights
- Establish strong partnership with the LOBs across Consumer Lending
- Engage in key risk governance routines inclusive of strategic planning sessions, governance committees and program reviews
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Assist with Audit requests when applicable including input towards and coordination of Audit responses
- Perform execution of Redress program controls
- Ensure CL line of business consistently interprets and executes Redress Policy, Standards and Procedures, provide expert risk guidance to CL lines of business, and provide insightful feedback to the Enterprise regarding potential changes or enhancements to the Enterprise program
- Perform risk Identification and analysis. Work with key partners and tools to identify trends, provide risk-based recommendations and associated action plans to effectively mitigate the root causes through effective, consistent and sustainable solutions
- Facilitate sharing of best practices and communication. Lead meetings with CL Business and Independent Risk Management Leaders to discuss program strategies, issues, mitigating controls, and cost-effective solutions using a risk-based approach
- Develop relationships and collaborate across multiple organizations, identify and share best practices with business partners across the Wells Fargo Enterprise and CL business units
- Perform monitoring and reporting (including Key Risk Indicators and issues), timely escalations and notifications
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of operations and/or customer experience
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Experience consulting, motivating and gaining confidence/trust with internal clients, business partners and executive leaders
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to prepare management level presentations
- Experience with enterprise wide or complex functions
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
- Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00Benefits
