The Opportunity
You will consulting upcoming show plan, researches QVC PAL’s and IBM system to identify potential issues (Look Ahead Process). Work to support all TSV ordering requests.
Point person for all fax requests to the distribution centers. Verify legibility and accuracy of the documents before faxing. Point person for the product coordinators when they have questions regarding TSVs, items on order or awaiting delivery.
Manage the Product Central Inbox by reviewing and responding to all emails from internal customers and vendors providing a high level of customer service. Respond to all hot emails, extra sample requests, and special requests. Access PCMS reports and prints Broadcast PALs and weekly program schedules.
First contact for the walk up window. Sr. Product Specialist will be the customer service relations team for product central to the internal customer.
Conduct daily start up meeting in absence of supervisor: Update group on any important information about Department and Company and lead group in daily stretches. Be a stand in when supervisor is out.
Partner with Outbound and Inbound Area Managers and Team Leads to review and pass down information
Contact Supervisor from Studio Ops for Assistance w/Associate concerns or issues.
Team Member will report to Sr. Manager of Product Central.

What You Bring
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience: Three to five years related warehouse experience operating power equipment and using computerized Inventory Management systems.
