The Opportunity
Join our team as a Learning Lead in our Fulfillment center! As the Learning Lead, you will support the Learning Department in all training activities, providing coaching and feedback to team members to develop their performance skills. You will conduct classroom training and interface with departments to ensure all team members receive necessary training. You will also develop and revise the training program, evaluating learning ambassadors' on-the-job performance, and performing administrative tasks associated with learning documentation. You will work on site in Florence and report to Fulfillment Learning Manager.

Your Impact
- Deploy Training & Development Solutions for New Hire Onboarding and Job Specific Training
- Design and produce job aids and training tools to simplify the training process.
- Monitor New Hire progress and provide coaching and feedback
- Analyze and make recommendations to functional/technical development.
- Support roll out of key strategic initiatives, e.g. Network Functional/Technical enhancements, E-Learning roll out, System implementation
What You Bring
- Basic Facilitation skills; ability to engage adult learners, lead discussions and present learning materials
- Experience with adult learning principles
- Coaching skills to enhance performance of trainees
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- At least 1-2 years in a fulfillment center environment.
