Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager of Data Quality to oversee the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of student-related data. Working from one of our Family Service Centers located in Pennsylvania, this role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain compliance, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in data processes. This manager is also responsible for overseeing the submission of CCA’s annual state and federal data reports in the Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) and developing a set of standards and processes for managing student data and records. This role also supports, coaches, and guides a team of seven. The Manager of Data Quality reports to the Assistant Director of Quality and Compliance.
