Resource Management Team Lead


Position Summary

Working from one of our CCA Family Service Centers in Pennsylvania, the Team Lead will be responsible for coaching their Quality and Compliance team to be operationally sound, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement through innovation. The Team Lead will work collaboratively with the Operational Manager of Quality and Compliance, the other team leads in the department, and a variety of other CCA departments, including the business office, instruction, information technology, and student services. In order to be successful in any role at CCA, the employee must carry out all responsibilities in such a way that demonstrates and models the values of CCA, abide by all standards, and behaves in a professional and engaging manner at all times. Position Description
The Team Lead will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:
• Ensure the team’s processes and procedures are documented, reviewed, and updated as necessary, but no less than once a year
• Manages and oversees day to day data changes to ensure accuracy and quality
• Research and respond to escalated matters
• Collaborate with team members to allocate workload, set productivity goals, and establish operational goals in line with the department’s key performance indicators
• Assign tasks to team members and establish deadlines for their completion
• Communicate goals and deadlines to team members
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in all aspects of the team’s operations
• Develop and monitor compliance reviews to ensure alignment with state and federal education regulations
• Report findings of compliance reviews to the appropriate stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the department
• Assess the team’s performance and provide feedback at least monthly
• Create a productive work environment for the team by developing an atmosphere of trust and safety
• Coach employees to improve their skill sets and support them in their professional growth
• Support the team with jumping into activities to reduce backlogs and bottlenecks, as needed
• Seek opportunities to grow as a team leader

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role. Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed. Position Type

Required Education and Experience
• 5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Education and Experience
• Experience with OnBase, PowerSchool
• Experience working in education
