About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Readiness Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) within National Advice and Acquisition as part of Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. Customers First is a readiness program designed to support the National Branch Network employees with change readiness and skill development. The Lead Branch Banking Readiness (BBR) Consultant is responsible for consulting on readiness needs, developing the plan, writing content, and ensuring successful readiness of branch employees. In this role, you will:

  • Consult with initiative owners and key stakeholders to understand the readiness needs
  • Develop comprehensive, simple readiness plans, including the type of content and activities needed
  • Provide direction to content developers and write content as needed
  • Manage the annual review and approval of evergreen readiness content, including skill practices, tools, and resource sites
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in change management project work
  • Experience creating content for end users
  • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Ability to communicate powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex
  • Ability to gain support and buy in from senior and executive leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word is critical
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Effectively self-manages end-to-end projects using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
