Schedule/Other Information
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 
37.5 Hour Work Week
This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 60 or 65.

This position is responsible for managing a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) team that providing timely responses and information to Commonwealth agencies and business partners regarding service affecting incidents on the Pennsylvania Statewide Radio Network (PA-STARNet). Provides management recommendations for continual service improvement activities to reduce system outages and improve network operations. 

One (1) year as an Information Technology (IT) Policy Associate 2;
 
                              OR
 
Three (3) years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology;
         
                               OR
 
Two (2) years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology;

                              OR
 
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
