Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Serve and dispense alcohol in line with PLCB regulations at both the bar and poolside locations*

Prepare cocktails for guests and servers according to standard recipe*
-
Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.*
-
Operating the point of sale system*
-
Maintain assigned bank, process all payment methods, complete necessary cashier reports, resolve discrepancies and complete all opening/closing paperwork.*

Performing all aspects of opening and closing procedures*
-
Ensuring bar par is adequate and that the liquor requisition is according to standard*
-
Receiving and storing beverage products in a proper and orderly manner*
-
Conducting monthly inventory*
-
Ensuring that glassware and bar utensils are washed, while adhering to safety standards, and presentable before they are used*
-
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment*
-
Ensure that all side work assigned is accomplished in a clean and orderly manner.*

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience tending bar in a restaurant or lounge setting
-
Must pass the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) within the probation period.

Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times

Must be friendly, upbeat, work well with other employees, and be able to interact with guests
