Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with domain experts, Account Managers, and Growth Consultants to gather and synthesize relevant knowledge. Analyze and internalize help resources, documentation, and best practices related to Amazon seller performance and growth strategies.
* Develop and refine prompts for LLMs to generate high-quality, domain-specific outputs for various seller-related queries.
* Design, test, and iterate on prompts to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated responses.
* Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to implement and deploy prompts in production environments. Monitor the performance of deployed prompts and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
* Identify new use cases for Growth GenAI by analyzing unanswered seller questions and engaging with stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity and prior experience playing with Generative Ai based tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
